De doelstelling is om de omzet van het museum na heropening meer dan te verdubbelen naar circa €55 miljoen per jaar. Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen zoekt een Artistiek Directeur die een heldere, onderscheidende artistieke visie ontwikkelt voor de unieke combinatie van museum en Depot, en deze vertaalt naar een (inter)nationaal relevant programma. De Artistiek Directeur bouwt voort op de kwaliteit en veelzijdigheid van de collectie, maakt strategische keuzes in presentatie en samenwerking, en draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor het aantrekken van publieke en private financiering.
