Through its global network of campuses and academic centres, NYU brings together exceptional students, faculty and partners to address the world's most pressing challenges through education, research and collaboration.

NYU Abu Dhabi is a cornerstone of the University's global network, advancing NYU's international strategy while supporting the UAE's ambitions in education, innovation and economic diversification.

Executive Education is a strategic priority for NYU Abu Dhabi, strengthening partnerships with government, industry and organisations while translating the University's expertise into high-impact learning solutions across the UAE, GCC and wider MENA region.

NYU Abu Dhabi now seeks to appoint a Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Client Success, reporting to the Senior Director, Executive Education. This is a commercially focused role responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, client engagement and the development of compelling commercial proposals and competitive bids.

Combining business development with strategic proposal writing, the Manager will translate NYU Abu Dhabi's academic expertise into winning propositions for regional and international clients.

Key priorities will include developing new partnership opportunities, managing the client lifecycle from prospecting through renewal, leading the preparation of high-quality proposals, RFP responses and expressions of interest, and supporting the negotiation of long-term partnership agreements. Working collaboratively with faculty, research centres, Finance and colleagues across the NYU Global Network, the Manager will help expand the University's executive education portfolio and strengthen its market presence across the region.

The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and bring at least five years' experience in business development, strategic partnerships or corporate engagement, ideally within higher education, executive education or professional learning. Experience working with UAE government entities, multinational organisations or executive education providers would be advantageous, as would familiarity with CRM platforms, regional funding mechanisms and Arabic language capability.

Above all, the successful candidate will be a commercially astute relationship builder with exceptional proposal writing skills and the ability to convert opportunities into sustainable partnerships and long-term growth.
