The Role:

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role at the heart of our project management team, offering exposure to every stage of the search process and the opportunity to work closely with both clients and candidates. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Consultants, and Researchers to deliver high-quality search projects for leadership roles that truly matter.

What you will be doing:

1. Supporting the delivery of executive search projects from start to finish
2. Coordinating diaries, meetings, travel, and project logistics
3. Preparing client and candidate documentation, reports, and materials
4. Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and databases
5. Proofreading and formatting documents to a high standard
6. Supporting communication with clients and candidates in a professional and confidential manner
7. Working collaboratively with colleagues across Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong

About you:

You will bring a strong sense of organisation, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. You are someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

We are also looking for:

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills
2. The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines
3. Confidence using (or quickly learning) tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe
4. A collaborative and adaptable approach
5. Initiative and a proactive mindset
6. A genuine interest in education, research, and not-for-profit sectors
7. Professionalism, discretion, and a strong sense of accountability

Location: Sydney CBD, with a hybrid arrangement with three days in office to support collaboration and team connection.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
