As the world’s first business school, ESCP Business School is one of Europe’s most prestigious and historic institutions for management education. With six campuses in Berlin, London, Madrid, Paris, Turin, and Warsaw, ESCP is a truly pan-European institution with a mission to educate bold, responsible leaders capable of shaping a better world.

Our 2026–2030 strategy, Bold & United, sets out a transformative vision to become the first European University of Management by 2029. With innovation, sustainability, and inclusion at its core, this strategic plan reflects our ambition to lead in a D.I.S.R.U.P.T.E.D. world – one that is digital, diverse, and rapidly evolving. We are now seeking an exceptional academic leader to join our federal executive team and lead the next chapter of ESCP’s journey in the UK.

As Dean of the London Campus, you will be the strategic, academic, and operational head of one of ESCP’s most internationally connected locations. With over 1,250 students, world-class faculty, and a thriving executive education portfolio, the London campus plays a central role in our global vision. You will lead campus operations, ensure academic excellence, and act as ESCP’s senior representative to key stakeholders, including the Office for Students, corporate partners, and government.

With a strong foundation in place and ranked among the top five business schools in Europe (2024 Financial Times rankings), you will have the opportunity to grow ESCP’s UK presence and reputation further through new partnerships, executive education initiatives, research development, and innovation.

We are seeking an individual with a distinguished academic profile, strong leadership credentials, and a deep understanding of higher education in the UK and internationally. You will be a natural collaborator, capable of working across cultures and campuses, with a proven track record of delivering strategic results and inspiring high-performing teams.

This is a high-profile opportunity to shape the future of one of Europe’s most dynamic business schools at a time of growth, investment, and ambition. As Dean, you will contribute to the wider European governance of ESCP, sit on the School’s Executive Committee (EXCOM), and help to position ESCP London at the heart of global business education.

This is a pivotal moment for ESCP. If you are ready to lead with vision, purpose, and impact, we invite you to join our international community and help shape the next generation of responsible leaders.
