The next Head of Senior School will be a dynamic and credible leader with the maturity to inspire and develop a high-performing leadership team, while bringing fresh thinking, constructive challenge and new ideas. Strong interpersonal and ambassadorial skills are essential, together with the confidence to engage effectively with the School’s diverse community and a deep commitment to its mission and values.
