Reporting into the Deputy Dean and Dean of Faculty, the Executive Director, Faculty Admin and Support, is a critical leadership role responsible for the implementation of INSEAD policies, rules and guidelines pertaining to faculty life at INSEAD, on all its campuses as well as ensuring the implementation of and adherence to employment laws, labour, fiscal and social regulations for all activities that fall within the Department. Leading a team of c. 80 in faculty support, the postholder is a key liaison between Faculty and Staff. They will require a track record of working internationally and fluency in French and English.
