Cameron Mackintosh Ltd seeks an outstanding Chief Financial Officer to join our Senior Leadership Team.

Owned by the world’s most prolific producer of musical theatre, Cameron Mackintosh Ltd produces and manages landmark productions across the UK, the United States and internationally, owning and stewarding eight historic West End theatres, and operating one of the world’s leading theatrical licensing businesses through Music Theatre International. For almost six decades, the Group has combined creative ambition with commercial discipline, building a global portfolio of productions, intellectual property, theatre assets and long-term investments. It remains an owner-managed business, internationally complex, financially substantial and reputation-sensitive, operating across multiple jurisdictions, currencies and regulatory regimes.

The business requires a Chief Financial Officer for a business of global scale and complexity. The CFO will report directly to the Managing Director and to Cameron Mackintosh, working as a trusted commercial and financial adviser across all aspects of the Group’s activities. The CFO will lead the Group’s head office finance team and will hold responsibility for group consolidation, statutory reporting, audit, tax, treasury, pensions, legal and governance matters. The CFO will demonstrate a hands on approach, sound judgment, discretion, intellectual range and the confidence to operate across finance, tax, legal, investment, production economics and international structuring.

Cameron Mackintosh Ltd welcomes applications from senior leaders drawn from a wide range of backgrounds. You will be a qualified, strategic leader with a proven record in complex, multi-faceted organisations, bringing deep expertise in financial planning, reporting and accounting standards. You will be an experienced people leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building, leading and motivating a small, high-performing team while working collaboratively across a broad stakeholder landscape. You will also bring experience of treasury and investment oversight, and responsibility for pensions, governance and company secretarial matters. Pragmatic, discreet and commercially astute, you will operate as a senior steward and trusted adviser. Calm under pressure and credible with advisers, bankers and partners, you will combine sound judgment, integrity and resilience. Perhaps most importantly, you will bring genuine passion for the business and its creative mission, matched by the commercial discipline and personal commitment to steward a world-class organisation for the long term.

The deadline for applications is 9am GMT on Monday 2nd March 2026.

The location of the role is 1 Bedford Square, London and the expectation is that the CFO is present in the office.

We welcome candidates of all genders and gender identities, nationalities, ethnicities, religions or beliefs, disabilities, ages, and sexual orientations.
