Higher Education Practice

We have one of the largest Higher Education practices in the world, having assisted on the appointment of over 100 Presidents/Vice-Chancellors and on more than 2000 other senior positions globally.


We have advised on senior level academic appointments and professional service roles for a broad range of institutions, ranging from the Vice-Chancellor at the University of Oxford to the President of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia, from the President of Monash University in Australia to the Rector of the University of Luxembourg.


Research Associate

The Research Associate is fundamental to our business and is responsible for identifying and engaging exceptional candidates, effectively representing and advocating for the client and opportunity. They are responsible for building diverse and well-qualified talent pools, producing high-quality documentation, and demonstrating a strong understanding of both the candidate field and the broader market context.


Skills and experience required:

~ a keen interest in the higher education sector

~ excellent verbal and written communication skills

~ strong inter-personal skills, both over the phone and face-to-face

~ rigorous analytical skills and attention to detail

~ tenacity, resilience and determination
