Description

IIT Delhi - Abu Dhabi invites applications for Assistant Professor in Mathematics. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching, mentor outstanding undergraduate and graduate students, pursue impactful, interdisciplinary research, and contribute to institution-building.

The institute undertakes rigorous and impactful research across a broad spectrum of areas. We invite candidates to apply in areas including, but not limited to the following:

  1. Applied and Computational Mathematics
  2. Scientific computing
  3. Probability, Stochastic Processes and Statistics

Outstanding candidates in other areas of Mathematics will also be considered.

Qualifications

  1. Academic background:
  2. PhD in Mathematics, Statistics or related areas from a reputed institute
  3. Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, science, engineering, or technology (e.g., B.S., B.Sc., B.Tech., or equivalent)
  4. Eligibility: Minimum 3 years of postdoctoral experience (preferred) from a reputed institution
