Workplace Pride is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organisation at a defining moment, guiding its transition from a highly respected convening and benchmarking platform into a more digitally enabled, globally influential voice on LGBTIQ+ workplace inclusion.

Based in Amsterdam, Workplace Pride is a globally recognised non-profit foundation advancing LGBTIQ+ inclusion in workplaces worldwide. Over the course of nearly two decades, it has built a strong international membership base, established the widely respected Global Benchmark, and has become a trusted partner to organisations seeking practical, business-relevant inclusion solutions. As the global conversation on inclusion evolves, Workplace Pride aims to strengthen its voice and broaden its reach through more scalable and digitally enabled engagement, making digital platforms core infrastructure for impact.

Reporting to the Foundation Board, the Executive Director will provide overall leadership of the organisation and guide the execution of its strategic priorities. The role combines external representation, organisational leadership, and sound financial stewardship, including exploring diversified revenue streams and sustainable growth models. A key focus will be to expand international visibility, evolve the organisation’s value proposition for members, and build digital and knowledge platforms that extend engagement beyond traditional convenings.

The Foundation Board seeks a forward-looking leader with senior experience in complex, mission-driven or international environments. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record in organisational growth and innovation, experience with digital strategy or scalable engagement models, and the ability to balance advocacy with pragmatic, sustainable leadership in a member-based context.

Workplace Pride welcomes applications from candidates of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.
