The College of Nursing is seeking two Associate Deans:Associate Dean for Undergraduate programs and Associate Dean for Graduate programs. As members of the College Administrative Leadership Team, the Associate Deans provide leadership in the development, planning, analysis, and administration of Graduate and Undergraduate Programs. We welcome candidates that hold a Ph.D. and demonstrate achievement in teaching, scholarship, and service commensurate with appointment at the rank of Professor, with eligibility for tenure. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching at the undergraduate level and possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. A proven ability to work collaboratively, along with supervisory experience, is required. Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulations relevant to undergraduate nursing education is also essential.
