This draws on our roots in the city of Nottingham and East Midlands and our pioneering global identity, with campuses in the UK, Malaysia and China. We seek a leader to join our University Executive Board in the newly created role of Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Global and Regional Engagement). You will ensure the university's three campuses operate with additive and synergistic value as a single global institution.
With effective interpersonal and ambassadorial skills, you will develop relationships at ministerial, governmental, diplomatic and sector leadership levels. You will have a track record of senior leadership in roles requiring significant external representation, relationship-building and institutional diplomacy, whether in higher education, government, the diplomatic service or other complex organisations.
You will also possess a proven ability to identify, secure and grow strategic partnerships that enhance reputation, research collaboration and commercial value. You will lead with cultural intelligence and an inclusive approach, and communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact across a wide range of senior stakeholders.
