The Deputy Head of College and Director of Learning will play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of the College’s educational journey. This role leads the development and implementation of curriculum, professional learning and educational innovation across the College. This is a key appointment, driving a holistic and future-focused approach to teaching and learning as the College positions itself for the next decade of growth and excellence.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished senior leader with deep expertise in curriculum design, professional learning and continuous school improvement. Collaborative, visionary and intellectually agile, the appointee will inspire confidence through clarity, communication and authentic engagement. International experience is preferred and a genuine resonance with the Dulwich College Singapore values is essential.
